Mcdonald's - Warren Twp

I got a cold fish sandwich and took it back to the manager. I waited 20 minutes to get a replacement that was lukewarm at best. The worst food I have ever had at McDonald's. Poor service. Nobody was interested at all. I was not the only complainant. The lady next to me had the same issue with cold food.

Well my wife and I went in to eat order was messed up again like normal my wife went up to get it done correctly waited even longer so we just left I don't know how they are still in business with customer service like that and my wife and stepdaughter went in earlier for breakfast lady drops it on the ground and acted like they weren't going to redo it horrible customer service

Got the wrong Burger the bun was hard and wasn't warm at all

It's a McDonald's. You get what you expect. Foods not as good as it used to be and more expensive than if ever used to be.
