Buffalo Wild Wings - Warren Park

Server was great but the only one actually working. The manager was standing around, the host was annoyed talking to guest watched him roll his eyes at a customer basically run away from him bc he didn’t wanna talk to him. By the time my food got to the table it was hard bc my server was the only one working and had malfunctions w drink machine so my food sat waited an hour to eat meanwhile the host and manager stood and watched him. Poor server. Guy w pony tail go you!

Waited an hour for no beers or food, finally just walked out. Avoid this location!

I have come 3 times and only ate one of them because the other 2 times they never gave me a table even thought they had tables available they always tell me to wait 10 minutes and I did… but after the 10 minutes they never gave me a table so I left because the employees were just on their phones and didn’t want to take care of us.

The service was normal but today when I went to pick up my order I noticed they gave me the wrong flavored wings with my meal so I had to go back and wait for them to fix the order. I got the flavor corrected and was just ready to go home after a long day at work. When I got home, I realized that I never got fries with my meal. I also ordered the Ultimate nachos and the chicken didn't come with it. I also ordered a house sampler and did not receive condiments silverware or napkins. I realize you might be understaffed but there were only two people in the restaurant eatingmaybe pay a little more attention to what you're doing, some people may be allergic to the products and you're just handing out the wrong order.

We had a bundle order that was ready on time however once we got home we discovered the traditional wings we ordered were cooked hard and tasted like they were old or at best way over cooked. I have not had a negative experience at this location before but this was very disappointing.
