The workers are always welcoming, pleasant and have great personalities. Customer service is awesome. The ingredients are always fresh and taste perfect. This is my first review and my pictures are not great but it is a meatball sandwich. They are deliciously messy.

Guy working is a complete a hole. extremely rude to customer after customer as i sat and waited for my doordash order to be ready to pickup. he was extremely rude to me and multiple other people except one little friend in particular. truly disappointed with his attitude. his name is Kalob. hope his boss sees this and checks him.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant on NW 50th and MacArthur. The employee working there shared my order with another customer, leaving my food sitting while they prepared the other person's order. I had to ask them to complete my order first, as I was not happy with the situation. The employee seemed annoyed by my request. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service and will not be returning to this restaurant.
