Don't waste your time. Like any other fast food restaurant. Pay more money, get less food. I ordered a medium and got a small. This is the new medium. Not worth the $14.00. It won't be back.

This place is understaffed, which is okay, but none of the employees ever mentioned it will wait a 30 minutes for food... and then if you have your order made them wrong

Staff is extremely professional and polite, the food is always exceptional. The staff are always polite and respectful to the customers. They treated my daughter like a queen and gave her a hat and a cookie,because she didn't really want to eat a sub! I recommend fire house to anyone looking for a delicious sub.

Absolutely terrible. brot tasted stale and it was hard. sandwich was dry no seasoning. it was terrible. the money was very wasted. will not go back.

They messed up a catering order on a previous date and agreed to make us a whole new order and it was perfect and on time! Thank you for the great customer service!
