Bidrage med feedbackFood was good. Had to wait a while to be seated as they were short on servers/help. Server did a nice job considering the number of tables. Stopped in on our way back from Parris Island after son's graduation.
We try to visit every week, at least every two weeks. The waiter we had was awesome, Jaquan(? . Last time was Jaden. Your male waiters are great, as I'm sure the girls are too.
It must be missing from any kind of personal. at the time we were there, only 7 tables in the insert and 4 on the bar on a Sunday night. it took 1 hour to get food and a few tellers had to be taken back, not what was ordered(min) and steak too much cooked. asked for medium top salloin and got a steak without pink and dry. hadn't been replaced until more than half was finished. eating was good when it was corrected, but needed forever. I could understand if it was very busy, but more than half the place was empty.
The food was good and fast. They have the bartender also serving and busing tables which makes the bar services slow. We waited 10 minutes on a mixed drink to make it to our table, whereas those who sat at the bar who came after us were served before us, their drinks and their food was ordered as quickly as ours. If we go back, we would sit at the bar at this particular location.
We arrived at this restaurant at 3:45 PM on a Sunday. The restaurant was not busy at all, about 1/4 full, lots of empty tables, nobody waiting. But we were told they could not seat us for 35-40 minutes because the “shift was changing”!! In all the years eating out, we’ve never been refused service because of a shift change! It was very strange; your customers have to sit there for 40 minutes waiting to be seated because of a shift change? Weird! We turned around and went across the street to Ruby Tuesday and got seated immediately!
