Hakata Ramen Sushi - Waltham

Easily one of, if not, the best sushi restaurants I've been to. The pieces of fish were huge for the price, the flavor was excellent, the wasabi was strong, the presentation was great, and the service was friendly.

Orders ramen takeout they forgot the broth... I did not realize it until it was too late. They reached out and fixed the issue the next day. Food was yummi

I have been ordering their vegan friendly sushi and maki for the longest time. The ginger is so fresh and the options are expansive compared to other places. However, I have not enjoyed the non-vegan/vegetarian sushi options.

They just started back up dining in when i came to eat . The sushi was so fresh and the ramen was super flavorful i enjoyed every moment just sitting alone and eating . My server was sooooo nice (whoever she is thank you) she went above and beyond to make sure i was good Will definetly be coming again too

You can find this restaurant right on Main St (Rt20). We arrived on a late Saturday night hoping for a nice ramen dinner. Inside the restaurant was clean and spacious along with being nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and the service was good, we were also seated right away. The food was good, almost great (but certainly not amazing) and the prices were fairly priced for the area and quality. Overall it was a good but not great/amazing experience and I’ve certainly had better ramen elsewhere.
