Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Walterboro

Ordered on the app and was told I had to go inside the store for pickup when I chose drive thru. Upon stepping inside, I was informed they ran out of all sides except mash potato. When I requested a refund, I was told I couldn’t get one because I paid with Apple Pay. So I ended up with 4 sides of mash that I didn’t want. The cherry on top was waiting 30 minutes for my food and the chicken came out burnt. Never eating here again.

Order a 12 family meal dark they gave me 8 white no strawberry biscuits wrong sides and then they. want answer the phone it has been 4 days who is going to hold on to old any longer

Horrible wait times for everything, worst service. Don't go there unless you like suffering, don't bother to order online, it's a waste of time and resources.

First time for us at this franchise, we had heard good comments so we wanted to give it a try, we usually go to Chick-Fill-A! The chicken was very gooey, super fatty, drippy, almost inedible. The biscuit roll is a horror with a taste of yeast and flour. Very disgusted and more difficult to get explanations on the menu and good service with the people behind the counter.
