Godfathers Pizza Walkerton

Godfathers is my favorite pizzas since I was a child!

We've gotten pizza here plenty of times in the past as it was one of our favourite pizza places. We preordered two large 6 item pizza's this last Saturday. On arrival I was told it would take two more minutes. I said okay and that I was just going to take the bottle of pop out to the car. I came back in and sat on the bench and waited...and waited. In the meantime I noticed the workers do not wear their masks when they are making/preparing the pizza's. They only wear them on their face when they come to the counter to tend to customers, even though there is plexiglass between them and the customer. I worked in food manufacturing for much of my life and had to wear a mask on your face. While I am still waiting two women came in, neither wearing masks. Then the pizza delivery guy came in and leaned over the one counter and he is not wearing one either. Nothing is said! This is actually the 3rd time coming here that I've seen their delivery guy come in with no mask on, with customers standing inside the building. The girl finally asked me what my name was again after I had been there for at least 10 minutes, then got my pizza down from the shelf where they store them until people come to pick them up. So I was waiting all that time for what?? Got home and the two large pizza's looked more like medium sized pizza's and they were very, very skimpy with the items. The pizza's tasted blah. I doubt if we'll be back.

Terrible experience today.First they got my order wrong and typed in 4 pizzas instead of 2 and charged my credit card way too much.Then they figured out their mistake and payed me back in cash.Then I'm waiting almost an hour and they give another guy who came in half an hour after me an extra free pop for his wait. Did NOT offer me one.And they didn't have my pop kind chilled so I had to go with Pepsi not the same as root beer!And the pizza is undercooked and has lots of toppings except on the outside 4 inches!The girls seemed nice but very unorganized. I would've been less disappointed had they not offered the other guy free stuff as I sat there waiting with 9 people standing around and 2 workers unmasked. ?

Staff are friendly, pizza tastes great, but I wish the staff would wear masks while preparing their orders not just wear their mask at the till

Nic is a wonderful employee. Every time I go there he is always wearing a smile and is very friendly. He Deserves a raise for the wonderful customer service he provides.
