There were several issues. The first one being I called to order five gyros and I was told by the owner that she was too busy to take the order and I should just come wait in line. I gladly went and spent my $60 somewhere else. On a second visit yes you had four employees working but three of them were on their phones with a very long line, while 1 person worked the window.

This place has great ice cream but I will never return and I will tell all my friends to not buy from there. The employee “Evie/ Evelyn” or whatever her name is extremely disrespectful. The owner Denise is unprofessional and probably racist. How do you tell a customer not to come back to the store and refuse to serve them over the phone because they were disrespected by your employee? In what universe is it ok for an employee to talk about a customer with their colleague right Infront of their face!? Like really!! I’m right here. So yes I asked her to stop talking about me and to please allow the young man who took my order to prepare it. I did not want her serving me after talking about me in my face. Then you tell me not to return to your store and you are refunding me my money. Didn’t even ask what happened. Only listened to what her employee said and shunned the black woman. I guess I’m black so I’m angry. It’s a small small world and people need to be careful how they treat others. The very same person you disrespect or treat badly may be the very same person who can make a different in your life. Not everyone who looks simple is a nobody. Learn that! Update to my review. Because I’m an angry black woman.the owner called the Walden police to file some trespassing report against me and ask that I not return to the store. They called my phone!! Let me be clear that I left as soon as I was refunded my money with NO intention to ever give them my money again! No words were exchanged and I was in no way threatening. I had simply asked that she stop talking about me and please not serve me since I was being assisted by someone else. This is racism at its best. It’s real and it exists!! Not all black people are uneducated and angry. I am going to tell everyone I know!!! When I’m done writing and emailing this encounter to every news outlet, the world will know what took place here. This type of treatment is unacceptable. I won’t accept it. I won’t live it. This is 2023!

Myself and my kids love WFF! Their burgers are on point! My kids love the chicken tenders fries and pretzels! Everything is a perfect size and filling. All of their ice cream is delicious! Especially their soft serve. Their dole flavors are so refreshing and could have a cup everyday if I could. Also, the s’mores blend if I’m having an extra sweet tooth! Their service is fast and always smiling. Definitely recommend coming here with your family.

Excellent soft serve and blended ice cream. Prices decent considering . Stream behind is pretty but the mosquito problem at dusk makes it impossible to stay nearby at times .
