This place was great, lots of vegan options. We tried three of their bowls which were all great. The pumpkin waffle was by far the best thing we tried though, topped with pepitas and maple syrup. Get it and thank me later. I took one star off because we had to wait about 20 mins for our food to come out. I would recommend ordering ahead and picking up. The interior was really cute and they had outdoor seating that was great to sit outside with our pup.

To die for! Amazing health foods/super foods for this area. I lived in Northern California and this smoothie/bowl café would do fabulously out there. And Bōl values sustainability with 100% compostable to-go items. Indigo bowl is my go to! To have e3 live available on a menu in Rhode Island is unheard of and super frickin healthy. The food and drinks are above and beyond (even for the high price point- totally worth it). But now I'd like to talk about the service. I have always been very well taken care of here in the number of years since they opened. Staff- though young, are very well-trained, hospitable, kind, and full of smiles. I have been working in food service for the better part of a decade, and I am very impressed with the service at Bōl! As a server and bartender, I know what it can be like on one's feet all day having to keep a smile on my face- yet the kindness, knowledge of staff, and quality of service at Bōl is effortless. Easily one of my top spots in South County. Don't let the prices scare you away- the quality and health benefits are appropriately priced for this area (e.g. e3 live algae has to be shipped from a single body of water where it's grown in Oregon yet only costs an additional $2 to add to a smoothie/bowl). Above and beyond! And the presentation is gorgeous. Everything about Bōl screams fantastic management, happy staff, well-conceived, and expertly executed.
