Hina Rae’s Cafe Waimea

Not all menu items are available (I tried ordering Yo Oats but they aren't making them). The staff is friendly. Service is made to order so expect a short wait standing outside in the sun no bench or shaded spot.

Tried this place on a whim as I was starving and was on the way to Wai?pio Valley Honestly, super surprised by the flavor of the Get In My Belly bowl. The dish name is accurate. You will want it in your belly. Nice portion and nice juicy pork belly! I think because of Covid they only had take out option at the time of my visit I. 12/2021

Nice small caffe with good selection of items on the menu, the açaí bowls were good. Couldn?t eat inside due to covid. Located on a plaza with additional food options, a restroom and grocery store, we used it as a quick pit stop on the way to the volcano. Price was reasonable and portion sizes were quite generous. The kids loved it.

Awesome breakfast place—good for when you want something yummy, but don't wanna feel too full. The breakfast sandwich with spam was really good, but the iced coffee was one the weak side. The inside is small, so just keep that in mind.

It was so good, we went back the next week to get another. If you find yourself in the beautiful countryside town of Waimea, track them down either at the Saturday morning Farmers Market or their shop.
