Papa Johns Pizza - Wahiawā

I ordered a lot of pizzas from this place. a lot of luck getting their order anywhere near on time. if they expect the quality of a frozen pizza, they will be disappointed. I'm gonna use dominos or pizza hats from now on.

Placed an order online and say the wait time was 2 hours, called to cancel my order 6 times and no one answered so I had no way to even cancel it.

I’m sorry. I have to rate you one star just based on wait times alone. This is the second time I’ve ordered papa John’s in the last month and had a 125-135 minute wait time. In short, I ordered my pizza around 7:30. Pizza got here at like 9:50. That’s insane even being short staffed. You need to hire more staff if that’s the case. I waited so long for my food I fell asleep and saw that it was already 9:30. Fearing my food had already came and been dropped off a while ago, I checked the app and to my surprise it wasn’t even here yet!

Why did they double the prices?? I used to pay $16 per pizza and now it’s $30. Outrageous for 1 cheese pizza! Used to be my favorite but i’m sorry i can’t order papa johns anymore for doubling their prices!?

The pizzas and bread sticks are delicious and the dessert cookies are the best.
