Nozawa Sushi Teppanyaki

Went with 4 families to have a nice dinner out. Let me make sure you know the hibachi chef was amazing. He was entertaining everyone and had the best hibachi show. The one star rating came because of the customer service from who I am assuming is the manager. We were not told up front that they will not split checks. Never have I been to a restaurant in this day and age of technology been somewhere they cannot divide checks. Especially somewhere where dinners are $50 per person. So the manager came up and made some off the cuff comment about how tweens get dropped off and venmo each other and use one card. Our dinner was $700 none of us was super keen to put $700 on our card . Then the manager came up and said they can only split it evenly 3 ways. The thing is they don 't want to have to divide it. It 's basic customer service. There was just something about the way this manager spoke and treated us. The restaurant wasn 't busy and I did tell the manager that I was going to leave a negative review and he said thank you we appreciate your reviews. This experience boils down to very disappointing customer service for the price of the dinner. All four families felt this way. I do not take leaving bad reviews lightly. I do hope they can work on customer service.

Decent place, wasabi was not spicy at all, the hibachi smokes filters into the sushi side alot. The Rolls were pretty, but nothing dazzling. A very decent place, but for $20-23 for each Roll..not overly excited. They stay busy though and the tepanyaki side was hopping. The best item was the jalapeno poppers, they were on fire

This place had the tastiest, spiciest and most delectable dishes. Our waitress had very good recommendations and the chef came out and talked to us after our meal.
