Subway - Village of Geneseo

Didn't get food I ordered for delivery. Have been completely ignored by company after sending MULTIPLE emails and a BBB complaint.

I get the employees are doing their job, but no tap water because you’re out of water cups? I sound like a Karen, but water should be available to everybody. I shouldn’t be forced to buy a drink. Especially when there aren't any options I’d enjoy. What an atrocious company policy.

I am literally sitting outside of the door right now that is locked while the open sign is on it’s 821 they close at 10 I see my sub sitting in the pick up area inside but the doors are locked and I can’t get my sub and nobody’s answering the phone. This is ridiculous.

Employees are unkempt and off putting. Not acceptable for food

Guy was great and he had awesome music he showed me and I was happy with his work. I always switch up my sandwich bread and meat and he did my new sandwich with no problems. So I have No complaints this time.
