Evans Barbecue - Villa Rica

This is one of the few places I was that I really deserve all 5 stars. They meet perfectly on service, atmosphere and above all food. Your BBQ was not dry at all. It was moist and savory. My wife has the ribs and they were amazing. I'm not a big fan of the egg roll thing, but the Remoulade with which it is served for the kind of weird wrapper. That said the pages were also amazing. The greens were seasoned without being excessively salted, the Brunswick stew was good without being only glazed BBQ sauce. I don't like sweet style sauces, but her sauce is good. I think your spicy sauce is even better, but I recommend you try this place. When we go back, I get the smoked wings and the peach cherries. Update: Yes, the service was fantastic. I can't remember the young lady who waited for us, but she and the rest of the staff generally take care of your food and experience – I was impressed. When people are excited about their job, it really shows and talks with the quality of the entire company.

Wow. If you travel down I-20, you want to make a little effort to get to Evans BBQ Company. You will not regret your decision. Experience begins with the picturesque surroundings in a shaded courtyard. Colorful furnishings lived the area. Adored by a smiling staff, improve the experience as they are on point of general service to knowledge of the menu and wonderful suggestions. Started with BBQ egg rolls. On the outside sharp, juicy tasteful BBQ pig on the inside. Wings were the choice for the three children. Lemon Pepper, BBQ and Mild were the three choices. They are smoked and fried. What a combination! Mild Buffalo was my favorite, but would do all three again. A friend and I shared the boss hog and chicken fingers. You wonder why chicken fingers? Because they are large pieces of chicken, hand-baked, served delicious. Look and tasting, it is obvious that a work of love goes into the court. Boss Hog was good. A big sandwich with a little of everything. Don't get me wrong, it's a great way to get the full experience, but the wings were the winner today! Definitely meet this place when you're close. Make sure to drink enough of their delicious sweet tea so you don't sleep on the way home.

! The fried green tomatoes were phenomenal and the Mac and cheese is creamy and delicious! This place is quirky and fun and lets you feel groovy and full!!

Evan is the best grill in the area. Great atmosphere and excellent food. We had pulled pork sandwiches, ribs, Jalapeño Cornbread, Schwieger and BBQ beans. Everything was really good. Sauce was delicious. We'll be back soon.

Went today for dinner. Drive thru was worth the wait. I ordered the Alicia Burger with pasta salad. It's to die for! Definitely recommend getting it when it's a special (follow on social media for when they have it).
