This restaurant is absolutely fantastic. We had the monkfish cataplana and the tuna and both meals were amazing, with surprising flavors. The service is friendly and welcoming, and contributed to a great and fun night. We also shared three homemade deserts at the end of the night, which were also delicious and balanced. Excellent food and top hospitality to boot. Very friendly and jovial staff made for a great evening Portuguese steak, prawns and monkfish casserole all delicious!

Busy period and managed to squeeze us in . Never felt rushed just welcome . The food was served quickly and the quality was excellent . The whole thing felt and was family run all working together to achieve and serve . Brilliant teamwork

Booking is essential in almost all the restaurants and bars in Burgau, so it took a couple of days to get in here, but well worth the wait. A small, cosy restaurant where you can see through to the compact kitchen when the staff are wonderfully at work. We went straight to mains, grilled swordfish, steak topped with bacon coupled with saute potatoes and pork steak in a mushroom and white wine sauce, simply delicious! Puddings of crèpes and a homemade chocolate mousse were also devoured, great food, great service, what more can you ask for!
