Klosterkrug Woltingerode - Vienenburg

I have to admit, I enjoyed my meal much more than my wife, so only three stars. The service was great and my cream from potato soup was good. I also had the Jaegerschnitzel, which was served with a mushroom cream sauce and it was excellent. Unfortunately, the selection of my wife at the wedding soup was dissatisfied. Salty cattle broth as she put it, and here came salad with fried goat cheese that she found completely inconspicuous. (Personally I would never have liked goat cheese, so I wouldn't have liked it anyway. She wouldn't have ordered the upgrade.

We had an excellent veal. The house red wine was OK. Friendly service. On foot from Kloster Hotel is a plus.

The hunting season had begun. We had great dishes with deer and wild boar. Excellent local beer. There were more vegetables and fewer potatoes.

Sehr schönes Ambiente, ausgesprochen freundlicher Service und eine Speisekarte mit Gerichten, die man zum Teil nicht so häufig findet. Die Zubereitung war exzellent. Der Besuch hat richtig Freude bereitet.

Waren am Sonntag Nachmittag dort und haben im Garten Kaffee getrunken.Die Torten sind von einer ausgezeichneten Qualität und man kann sich kaum entscheiden. Wir hatten Mozarttorte und Johannisbeertorte. Wirklich lecker, sehr zu empfehlen.Kommen sicher wieder und werden auch andere Dinge ausprobieren.Der Service war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kompetent.
