This is by far one of the cleanest Subway that I've seen in a long time. Upon entering I also noticed how the chips and soda cooler were well stocked. The two young ladies working that evening made my purchase so enjoyable. Debra was so helpful in helping me to make a decision on the kind of sandwich I should try. She was so knowledgeable on the ingredients. You could really feel that she loves her job and takes pride in making sure the customers have a very good experience. Danny also took great pride in preparing my sandwich. Giving great customer service is so important because it equates to happy and repeat customers. I pass by 4 Subways to get to this location . That alone speaks volumes on the level of service I received.Thank you ladies!
Bathrooms were dirty and only one working appliance in the bathroom. Staff weren't friendly.
This place used to be okay but now they have employees that don't care about customers. i went in to order the same thing i order all the time. 6 inch steak egg and cheese on flat bread with a foot long of bacon. the guys who took my order and he scoped out the steak and started removing some from the scoop. then when he put it on the sandwich he removed some more fine i get it stuff is going up so just don't put as much in the scoop to begin with so you don't look so cheap in front of customers that can see everything. he then finished making the sandwich and went to ring me out and it was more then i had just paid last week. not a lot but it was the point. if they are doing this on everyone's order then it will add extra to the store quickly. the sandwich rang up 5.19 posted 4.99 the bacon was 2.38 posted 2.29 so 30 cents on a 6 inch sandwich what is that going to do on foot long or anything else order. 60 cents or more. i pointed this out to the guy and he was no it's right here 5.19 and 2.38. i said no on the sign it says 4.99 and 2.29 he keeps saying no it's right here in the computer. he finally turned around and said well i can tell the manager but this is the price. i was no it says right there it is not that is the price you should give it to me for. he then said will i can just go take the stickers off this is the price on the computer. at this point i knew he was not going to do anything and had enough of incompetence paid and said i would not be back in that store ever again. if you are going up on your price that is okay i understand but you can't just put a price in the computer and leave it alone on the sign thats false advertisement and against the law if someone really wanted to go after you. i'm not worried about you getting back to me i can see by other reviews you don't really care about customers or doing what is right so we are all good at the fact i just won't be coming back into the store for food.
Ordered 2 foot long sandwiches online. Both sandwiches were wrong. When I got to Subay to pick up they were not busy at all. Only order they had. Sad that the ticket is correct. If you can't make 2 simple sandwiches at dead time, I wouldn't want to see it busy. Aldo got the chips wrong. Incredible.
