But we had the right to much more! together, we both took a discovery menu where dishes and flavors go together for the greatest pleasure of our mouths. very clearly, all dishes bring a special flavor that shows a very precise selection of ingredients. And to accompany everything? Nothing better than burglary butter. And the wine? all the advice of the sommelier turned out to be excellent: saint estephe, pomerol and fox rib! and what was not our pleasure at the end of the meal when the waiter offered to visit the kitchens. and discover that this restaurant has no ramsay gordon only the name and that we find instead of finding the very young chef xavier clampmin (beacon of the top-leader 2016 issue, what I learned on site, without looking at the show.) it is really nice to finally see a French chef at the controls! and if we add to that it is very friendly and affordable, to the point of getting us taste the new butter lined with the buckwheat. Perfect! In summary, everything has been perfect on the whole line so that we can only wish that this very young team will get its second deserved star!

When we came to the Gordon Ramsay at the Trianon Palace, we knew perfectly that we were going to find an exceptional star restaurant, unfortunately having lost his second for a short time... But we had the right to much more! As a couple, we both took a Discovery Menu where dishes and flavors go together for the greatest pleasure of our mouths. Very clearly, all dishes highlight a particular flavor that shows a very precise selection of ingredients. And to accompany everything? Nothing better than the butter. What about wine? All the advice of the sommelier proved excellent: Saint Estephe, Pomerol and Côte du Roussillon! And what was not our pleasure at the end of the meal when the waiter offered to visit the kitchens... And to discover that this restaurant has only Gordon Ramsay's name and that instead we find the very young chef Xavier PINCEMIN (beginner of the 2016 Top Chef show, what I learned on the spot, not watching the show). It's really nice to finally see a French leader in command! And if we add to this that it is very friendly and affordable, to the point of having us taste the new butter Bordier with the buckwheat... Perfect! In short, everything has been perfect on the whole line so we can only wish that this very young team will get its second star deserved!
