Great customer service. clean, gentle atmosphere. have only dimmed once, but was a great experience. had delivered several paintings by grubhub to house and had a big result. the latest time that our pizza was forgotten by the driver, the restaurant and the owner personally cried the pizza delivered to our house without problems. *we live 6 minutes from the restaurant, so it is possible to accommodate such a gesture* he also showed himself with a dessert to for the confused. unexpected but definitely appreciated. the pizza is amazing. the thunfish tare is fresh and caviar dressed, making it tasteful and savory. and the burrata is the most creamy and freshest burrata we ever had (without sounding strange).

Doesn't get better than this! Food is fresh and perfectly prepared. Servers are fantastic...trained well clean attentive friendly. The rustic atmosphere is a perfect date night spot. Nick and the entire staff are outstanding.

Dined in here for the first time today with my family and we had such a pleasant time. My mom and I really liked the gnocchi, and my dad enjoyed the meat lasagna. Our waiter made good recommendations on craft beer for my dad and offered us samples of different beer. We would love to come back!

Great food and an authentic atmosphere for dining. Plenty of menu items to choose from and a long list of wine spirits, some craft beer too. Dessert is a nice send off to a special dinner. I would recommend making a reservation as it tends to get pretty busy with people willing to drive for an authentic Italian meal. Great for date night too.

Grappa is an excellent restaurant; we've dined here quite a bit and often get take-out. The food quality is superb, the staff is very nice and helpful. I love the octopus appetizer. Also, the thin crust pizza from La Piazza downstairs is great, too.
