Congratulations to John for the careful and caring management of the premises and all the kitchen brigade.
I was disappointed that I could not organize the party I wanted for unavailability of the room already booked for other event). How to renounce the amazing green lasagne with the thin leaf that leaves all taste to the superb dressing of a ragù by art. What about tortelloni to porcini mushrooms, the fungus is also in the filling, not only in the dressing, for an explosion of flavor that fills you the palate of unique and fabulous tastes. I mean, I've already tasted all the menu, or almost, and I never get tired. Hard to choose every time, I would eat everything. Last time I left my choice to Jhon, she's never wrong. Bolognese cotoletta, the growing ones with excellent meats, the cut, the scaloppines... I'm only hungry for thought. The staff is always helpful and kind. Of course, when it is full, it expects a little more, but, I find the positive side in the wait, at least I start to digest a little the abundant portions to make room for the next courses.
I've been here a lot for years. I've never been hurt. Great food (especially the sweet LOL), propietario and friendly and excellent staff!
The more time passes and the more in this restaurant you eat well! More than delicious and abundant dishes. Nice to come here! !
I was at lunch in this restaurant surrounded by greenery in Cereglio, a small village of the Apennines. The place is very large with space both outside and inside. The menu is typical Bolognese, with wide variety of first (all delicious), second tasty and abundant and increasing and high quality tigelle. The service is very friendly and helpful, as well as John, the owner. Super recommended, if you want to spend a day in the fresh air and eat excellent food.
