Mull nit good i don't like picolo micolo. I think mini but big not good. Don't go here far bathed.
Friendly staff and the GF Pinsa were good. Extra baked in an aluminum shell.
I want to tell you about my experience in Vapiano. I had already asked at the entrance for a GF menu, I was kindly advised that the dishes in the menu are marked as GF when I can eat them. After looking into the menu I chose GF Penne with Carbonara sauce. So I went to a Pasta Station ordered GF Penne with Carbonara sauce, said the cook that the Parmesan GH is. I asked politely if he didn't confused it with lactose, he insisted that it contains gluten, he even took the branch manager. This confirmed to me that used for the edge of Parmesan gluten it will not be able to exclude gluten 100%. I was recommended to think about whether I really want to have the parmesan in the sauce, for me, that sounds like traces of... containment, so I took the parmesan in the sauce. The branch manager observed how the cook proceeded with the preparation of the plate, my GF penne were taken in a plastic box that they were boiled in an additional pan with some water. The sauce was prepared according to my wishes, the branch manager told me that I should report if something is wrong with my food. After looking for a place to eat, I noticed that my noodles were too salty. The branch manager came to ask if everything was okay, I told him that the penne was a lot too salty, he asked me again what was in the sauce to let me cook the dish again. I got my GF penne with Carbonara shortly later, with a little less salt the dish tasted really delicious. The branch manager apologised for the first penne a little too salty again, but there were a few days before someone the penne, as I had prepared it, was much too little salted. I think it was in front of someone who likes his dish, either salty or had another sauce for penne. With me, the dish cannot have become too salty of bacon, since I had no bacon with the sauce, I have to do without it, just like the egg.
