Oyster Express - Vancouver

The oysters are the reason to go here. They are excellent, and they always have a $2 oyster that is fresh and tasty. This is a place for those who chew, for celebrating the slimy brine of the mollusk. Reid is the go-to oyster expert, but seriously, go for the oysters. Good bear and wine list, and a full menu of other stuff but don't worry about that, just go for the oysters.

My favourite place to have oysters in the city. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff, excellent service, and master shuckery! I give it an extra star for having found a pearl in one of my oysters! Now to complete the necklace! see you soon, Oyster Express!
