Hard to find a drink that didn't include sugar. Even the matcha powder was pre sweetened. So were the milk alternatives. They also charged extra for milk alternatives. No vegan food

I took my niece and nephews here for bubble tea and they refused to let them use the washroom even though we were paying customers.Not kid friendly.Also the bubble tea was watery and artificial tasting.

Ordered a too good to go package($22 value) got 2 small drinks value around $6. If I was going to pay regular price I would have gotten what I wanted for the same money instead of 2 of the unwanted flavors.

I was at a conference across the street from here yesterday. They were nice enough to stay open a few minutes past closing to make me a coffee. Absolutely couldn’t have gotten through the rest of the day without it!
