Bidrage med feedbackI have tried the "single shish taouk platter" and "single lamb tikka platter" before and they were both delicious.
The service was lacking and the food was mediocre. My friend and I visited the restaurant after a Whitecaps game about a week ago.
The food is decent, but the portions are small for the high price you pay for this type of "fast food." You may feel shortchanged compared to other restaurants in the area.
Food lacked taste and refinement. It is almost like no spices were used. Owner/cashier is rude. He must be the owner since any employee would have been fired long after so many negative reviews. This must be one of the rare restaurants in Vancouver that does NOT give customers tap water when asked. You are asked to buy bottled water. I thought every restaurant must serve tap water when asked. Obviously not. I should have checked Trip Advisor before eating here.
Went here for lunch with my friend the other day; sunny Friday, streets filled with happy people.Ordered the Greek salad; my friend ordered the Caesar salad. Both were sad salads. See my photos; my photos actually do them justice because they were taken in 4K. The salads looked nothing like the ones on the board advertising their deliciousness. The guys measured out the olives as well as the tiny cubes of pre-cut feta; and the dressing was just something out of a bottle, reminded me of Newman's Own style Italian dressingMy friend's Caesar had wilted lettuce and mini pita crackers in place of the croutons in the advertised photo; plus limited amounts of Parmesan.Total rip-off price at over $6 with tax; you get a better salad at Subway for heaven's sake!Plus when I asked for a glass of tap water the cashier with the sad looking face and sullen attitude informed me that they had no tap. Whatever, I didn't want to argue.Don't visit this place for salad! I liked the music but did not care for their shoddy service, sullen attitude and rush to get your money.Would never recommend this place and told everyone at work about our experience (we're a huge office and we all love eating out several times a week). Two sad salads one Ginger Ale = $17.00!!!
