The cook seemed sick, kept sniffing and rubbing his nose with his hand and going back to the food without washing his hands. Pho was pretty flavorless, and the veggies in the pho tasted like they were previously frozen. Service wasn’t great either. This happened about 6 months ago, I haven’t been back since. I ordered the pork buns as they are usually my favorite. However, today themeat was very fatty. On one if the bins there wasn't any meat, just fat. A cute little convenient spot next to Fred Meyer. The service was good and the taste of the beef pho was even better. Completely satisfied my craving! I would return.
