Don’t miss the molletes, refried beans, cheese, and pico de gallo on ciabatta bread. Squeeze a lemon on top and it’s soooo fresh.Had the mushroom street tacos, and they were delicious! Had them with the variety of sauces they offered with the tacos.

Driving to the plaza away from the main strip in town you think that you are lost. The only indication from with the dark exterior is a florescent open sign.The decor: Cool Mexican style decor on the ceiling, laminated menus with lots of options, large group tables or bar seating facing the window for solo guests.Top food pics: street tacos (pork which was served with pineapple) and elote street corn. Normally I like it bbq or grilled but they boil the corn first then season generously. Also make it so easy to share by cutting it in half for us.Missable: the steak tacos (dry), enchiladas (soggy cause they’re not grilled or broiled before the sauce) and tortilla soup.

Delicious, best salsa ?. Liked the variety of hot sauces to try with the meals and friendly casual dining with local families ?.

My wife and I were passing through on a road trip from Victoria, BC to Edmonton, AB, and we saw this restaurant on google maps and decided to make a stop. We did not expect to find such authentic Mexican in small town Alberta, but this food was great. I must recommend the tortilla soup and the street tacos. Their house made hot sauce selection was fantastic.

When I made plans to stay in Hinton, I picked this as a restaurant to try. And I didn't bother trying any other place, because I went back each day, and every time the food was awesome! While my favorites were the Mexican street tacos and the nachos, I was not disappointed by other menu items. You also get a selection of hot sauces to use, and I dug all of them.
