Bidrage med feedbackGuy at the drive thru window was rude. This was my second visit in 3 days. The young lady that helped me on Monday was super nice but this guy was the not so much. He turned his head and just stuck the card reader out the window. I could barely see what I was doing. Same when he handed me my order. He was too busy chatting with his coworkers.
This is probably my least favorite starbucks! You need to retrain your employees who, for the 4th time now, has not been able to tell the difference between a hot chocolate and a mocha!! I mean, seriously? Just read! It isn't that hard! And the customer service here is just awful! I cannot tell you how many drinks we've been handed that the lid wasn't properly secured and it spilt all over us at the window! And they just turn away! Trying to get their attention to get napkins when this happens is impossible, it makes it worse when you know they saw it! I'm just sick of this place, and the people there! I tried it one last time, today, to see if they could get my order correct for once. But nope. Never again
This location has made my order wrong multiple times! Usually I just let it go, but today i ordered a Frappuccino and was given a Hot coffee. I explained that was not my drink and was given an attitude when they had to re-make my order and it was still wrong. This location has the worst service ever.
Unfortunately, this is my 2nd time ordering here and not liking my frozen blended drink. The 1st time it happened, I do not feel the staff was happy to help, but yesterday, they were. I will say, though, there is one brunette lady here who seemed to sort of evil-eye me both times. Fortunately, she was not the person who originally made or remade my drinks!
Not sure why people wait in extremely long lines. The cost of gas idling plus the cost of the order exceeds my budget. Watching people walk to the door after...1. Waiting to get through the traffic. 2. Parking...and then try and open the door for inside service is so sad. They are faced with a 8x11.5 sign that says, drive through only. They have tried to skip the line to dine in, but now they 've just put themselves at the back of the line, which grew even longer. Such a waste of time, energy, and money. If I didn 't have a gift card given to me, I 'd never go.
