Firehouse Subs Ashley - Valdosta

Service was poor, cashier had ugly attitude, sandwiches were good! I guess it was Friday evening everyone working didn't seem to want to be at work!

Rude employee at the Ashley Street location. Ordered online and when I asked about order upon entering, manager was nasty and said there 6 orders ahead of mine. Turned off by the place because of 1 bad employee.

Lack of professionalism management needs new training of how to handle her crew also educate of proper order taking.

I have yet to get a bad meal from any of the Firehouse Subs here in Valdosta. The food is always fresh and the tables are nice and clean. The only thing I'd have to complain about is that the call in orders get pushed in ahead of the in store orders. It should go in order as to when they are placed in my opinion. Other than that it's awesome food anytime.

Went to this restaurant last night and ordered $45 in subs, by the time I got home (lanier County) all the bread was so wet it fell apart. To much wet sauces is not good it's just nasty, needless to say no one wanted them. $45 wasted on wet soggy bread, won't be ordering from this place again.
