Taco Bell - Vacaville

This place SUCKS. All I ask for is that they do NOT PUT CHEESE in my burrito and EVERYTIME they put it!! I last visited 6 months ago and as a vegan, it's very upsetting that they do not care about this. I take a bite of my burrito and all this cheese comes out! WASTE OF MONEY. I told myself 6 months ago I'm never coming back to this location and decided to give them another chance today (6 months later) and they STILL MESS THINGS UP!! I'm staying clear of this location. Please go visit any other location in vacaville. They will not mess things up like this location obviously does. Disgusting and unprofessional. I was the only person in line so no excuse that it was busy. I'm so mad I don't even want to talk to anyone to correct it. I'm just never going here again. It's only a problem here. So I blame 100% management and the employees. No other location messes up like ever.

Every now and then, I like to have fast food. I love the regular crunchy tacos. Had the 3 taco special and a soda. Delicious.

Went to check self check out and tried to pay with cash. After 4 separate excuse me the 2 employees standing at the drive through finished there convos. Rolled her eyes and was forced to serve us.All 8 of the burritos were barely filled with ingredients.

1/24/2024: I Ordered inside a Mexican Pizza and some other items.Returned home thrilled to have that Pizza ate a couple of bites and almost threw up.It was so nasty tasting!! Spoiled or? I wouldn't feed it to my pets!!Tried to call the manager couldn't get ahold of? Told employee to pull the Mexican Pizza and explained it was rotten and asked that the manager return my call regarding this complaint.To date its been 2 weeks still not 1 call returned. This is ridiculous!!Shows how great management is or that they care about what is actually going on within their company/business.Do they even care about customers/ complaints or is it they care more about their mighty dollar?

Hate being told to order using kiosk. Hate. Most want to speak to a human, not try to figure out where what we want to order is in the kiosk. Tacos are often on the skimpy side of fillings. Love the nacho fries, but would appreciate a bit more cheese dip!
