Boston Pizza - Uxbridge

Not the best night out at Boston Pizza. The server made multiple errors that made the dinner difficult to enjoy. Like missing cutlery for one person even after asking for it. Forgetting water after requesting 3 times. The food was sent out at different times and the salad was missing items. Kids dessert was not with the toppings requested. Overall, disappointing and not worth the money, even with free kids meals.

Terrible service tonight. We were there almost 2 hours. Dishes were never removed from our table, service was extremely slow....and the restaurant was less than half full.

I am officially done with this place. It was always hit or miss.Went in after the diner rush was over. 2 employees watched us stand in the lobby for way too long before seating us. Then the same 2 walked back and forth past our table for 10 minutes avoiding eye contact the whole time. We got up and left. They saw us leave too but never said a thing.Dining room was gross. Floor covered with napkins, food etc. washroom had toilet paper all over the floor.Management should be ashamed of themselves.

Predictably good food, if you like Boston Pizza menu items. Good food, good service. Was there mid-day.

Anything I have tried there has been very good. Pasta dishes, pizza and chicken parmesan. The prices are a little high but that seems to be common wherever you go to eat.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options in the menu.
