Tia Elvira - Ushuaia

Aunt Elvira: a very nice dining room overlooking the Beagle canal, the great food, very recommended the merluza and the centolla!

This restaurant is located on Maipu Street, which comes to the Paseo Marítimo de Ushuaia, just a few meters from the exits and arrivals of excursions through the Beagle Canal. The service is just because they have a lot of demand, but the food is very good. Price is not too expensive for us. About 30 euros, including the centolla.

Very good food, don't miss the black hair or the mussels.

Such a great place! Went on recommendation and it was definitely worth it. The crabs are fun to sit by, the space is nice and the food is the best seafood we had our whole trip. Fresh, great flavor, plenty of options, zero complaints. Would go back and 100%would refer others.

Another good crab place with atmosphere in Ushuaia! Great location, very close to the port area. The place is always overcrowded, and if you see a line on the street people are obviously waiting in front of the Tia Elvira's doors. A plate of a complete crab is good enough, but their crab soup is highly recommended as well. Open hours: 12 14pm 19 23pm.
