Mr Gatti's Pizza Universal City

We wanted to show our great gratitude for employees Nevaeh, Christina and Antonio. They went above the call of duty to help us with what seemed like a small thing but was a huge thing to us. Our little girl lost her little stuffed animal (Valentines gift, flying squirrel). They looked everywhere and asked their fellow employees if they saw it and to keep an eye out for it for us and eventually they found it and brought it back to us in a timely manner. The lone Mr. Gatti's in San Antonio! This location is big and has some of the nostalgic rides with new popular games! I had been so long since I've been that i forgot they also have baked potatoes and vegetables! A big salad bar too. But the salad and spinach didn't look fresh so I didnt eat it. Maybe another time, it could be better. Overall, very fun place for kids.

Great place, way better tasting food than Incredible Pizza. They should add more glaze to dessert pizza and add cinnamon rolls, and pizza rotation could be done faster and more often but overall its a great place, wish they had more locations. Been going to Gattis since childhood and prefer it over the other pizza places. My biggest criticism is, go harder Mr Gattis, go bigger, Incredible Pizza has horrible tasting food, they should not be busier than Gattis.

Haven’t been here since a kid place hasn’t changed much. Restaurant needs an upgrade feels like I’m still in 1996. Pizza was ok

First time here and we really enjoyed our visit! The cook was very nice and helpful, and ensured that we had what we asked for. The movie room while eating was a pleasant surprise. The arcade was fun, but when we wanted to get on the rides, it was a bit of a hassle finding someone to operate them; and when he came, it felt like he was annoyed, so we didn't ask to ride anything else. Other than that...we had a grand time and will definitely visit again.
