Shakes Delight American Diner - Udaipur

Its one of the places that has started its operation after Lockdown. It was previously present in town but with a slight difference of name location. But for now we will take it as a newly opened joint in the City of Lakes. Shakes Delight is located on the 1st Floor at Shobhagpura road. The space is cozy with normal seating arrangements. It can accomadate 15 Pax normally in new normal as per Covid I guess less than 10 at a Time. Shakes Delights as the name suggest they will serve various types of cold beverages especially shakes. They do have a variety of Veg Non Veg dishes to choose from. They serve Pizza's, Burger, Pasta's etc. They have digital menu for a person to easily view it on there phone place order without unnecessary touching. We were 7 Pax wanted to order at least 4 to 5 dishes but were not informed that some of the dishes are unavailable in starting. We ordered Mexican Pizza, Special Pasta, Masala Fries, Nachos Quessadilla. But later we were informed that Nachos Quessadilla won't be available so we went ahead ordered only the 3 items. Later one person told us that they can make nachos but then we didn't wanted it. I guess there was some confusion as they have newly opened. Firstly lets talk about Masala Fries, the fries were thin than the usual ones but were fried perfectly giving then the crisp exterior moist inside the cherry on the top was the masala that was sprinkled on it making it an absolutely delicious thing to try. Everyone loved it craved for more. Then came Pizza, when it came it didn't look that great from sides topping were less. But when we tasted it it was really good. The crust which they make fresh), sauces spices everything was good. Only thing if they could increase a bit on toppings side otherwise it was good. Lastly the Pasta came which was served separately with white red gravy so one can choose how they wanna eat it. I liked white much better than the red one the majority agreed with me. he red gravy was a little too tangy for our palates. The pasta was cooked perfectly tasted nice. The spice level here are mild it should be as its an American Diner, so if you want something to be spicy do let them know beforehand. Now coming to Covid Situation, they had Hand Sanitizer Stand on the Gate, the building had a washroom with soap water available, the staff wore mask most of the time finally as I mentioned earlier their menu was digital so contactless. We spent INR 660 for 3 Dishes. Attaching Some Pics..

Beautiful place and service is commendable. Food is really good specially garlic bread and shakes are mouthwatering.

Nice place to hangout with frnds and family..nice food. Milkshakes are really good.worth to visit.

My genuine review.. There is a variety of American diner.! ..Have been there severally and each time had genuine food and taste, firstly. Secondly You get a professional service which many others lack. Thirdly, just a helpful suggestion what I feel for TOURISTS at udaipur roaming around spot like saheliyo-ki-badi, people have to choose a place to sit and eat in fast, this place would be the right selection.And yes, there is a washroom too. Fourth Lastly, serving quantities+ presentations are satisfying. I would suggest to go for Italian, Mexican and shakes. Yet they prepare Indianised fusion of some cuisines also say mexican bean curry+rice (Loading a pic of it). Pav bhaji is highly tasteful, rich FLAVOURED, mild and in butter, best than street food. So the restaurant is worth and good to go.!
