Bidrage med feedbackThis Jack in the box is open 24/7. I went to other Jibox they were closed and there was no holiday. We get good food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner 24/7. They rock! They even take Ebt, but take orders. That's a plus in my book. Great customer service too.
5 stars because..... I ordered a sourdough chicken sandwich combo with large CURLY FRIES and large Dr pepper tiny tacos and 5 piece chicken nugget kids meal with curly fries and apple juice drive thru around 745pm-ish on Saturday January 8th. Eeeeenyways just got off work picked up my kids as you can imagine I was so tired. Welp, I pull up ordered paid got on the freeway come to find out the LARGE CURLY FRIES where a MIA!!! I had to get off the freeway go AAAALLLL the way back. Sure enough they gave me the fries and actually returned the money for the large fries and she apologized. It was fast simple professional she fixed the problem so other than good customer service they have good food. I highly recommend. BRAVO
The restaurant isn't actually closed; the dining area just opens at 9 a.m. This is a disappointing trend I've noticed in many restaurants that have reduced their hours due to fear of COVID-19. It's surprising that people weren't as concerned when influenza caused 60,000 deaths in a single year. These restaurants need our support now more than ever.
The drive-thru was incredibly fast, even with a long line, and we were served quickly. Dining in was pleasant, and we were happy to be back. Thank you! I give it 2 out of 3 stars because the service was great, and we really enjoyed the food from Jack in the Box.
I don't have much to say about the restaurant itself since it's fast food—it's just that kind of place. However, I really want to highlight the new Sourdough Bacon Patty Melt! The sourdough is perfectly toasted, the patties are juicy, and the onions are cooked just right. Honestly, it might even be better than what you’d find at a traditional diner. I really hope it becomes a permanent menu item because I never want it to go away!
