Bidrage med feedbackThe man in the window was so nice, I think he said his name was tony. I really hope that was his name. but he was manager and I told him that he was one of the nicest people I had ever met to work in almost food and they have a great person in the window.
If you ever want Taco Bell in the tuscaloosa area, never go here. They have over multiple occasions messed up my order and left food out. It wouldn't be a major deal if getting back in line didn't mean waiting another hour (not to mention the inside is closed). I understand that messing up every now and then happens and when you're busy it can make it even harder. But, this location has never failed to disappoint me. I have never gotten a well put together meal from them and will no longer be going to this location.
During the day this drive thru is fine. But currently I’ve been here for an hour with 10 cars in the line on a Wednesday.
Some of the worst service and food quality of any taco bell I've ever been to. Repeatedly have had problems with them messing up my order and/or completely forgetting part of it. Can be extremely hostile in the drive thru if you ask for any modifications on menu items. The one on Lurleen B Wallace and Stillman Blvd is outstanding and I highly recommend going there instead of this poor excuse for a taco bell establishment.
Impossible to order what you actually want unless you go through drive thru. The kiosk you are *required* to use doesn't have ANY of the featured boxes or deals, neither does the mobile app. Very frustrating if you want to dine in. The problem would be solved if the kiosk represented the physical menu specials at all OR if they would take orders.
