Chili's Bar and Grill - Tupelo

Very rude of the minute we went into the door. Lady in front said it was waiting an hour and half the restaurant was half empty. I said we went to the olive garden and she said we could sit on the high table in the bar. We sat down and another woman told us that the sanitary table was and we couldn't sit there and eat. She said we had to go back to a waiting list. Hateful evil attitude. Understand short staff and other things happen, but be rude. The eyes roll and admit that you are short-occupied is crazy. Will never come to this chili again and I love chili's.

The chips and salsa they brought to my family were embarrassing. How was that acceptable? The service was slow.

Was from most of the things we ordered, and waitress told us only 25 minutes after the order. My wife and daughter ordered a chic cookie, and she put it on the table without ice. My wife asked for ice cream, and she answered, I told you we came out of a bunch of ITEMS. If you don't tell anyone if you order that you are out of it, or it's not available. WON 'T BE GOING BACK!!!!

Overall good food and service. Salsa was a gel consistency and the pico was frozen. Other than that, really good.

The staff was friendly and our server was excellent. My wife and I had the ribeye and I will say it was cooked to perfection and the taste was Amazing!!! Also the strawberry lemonade is great.
