Seven Sisters - Tuolumne

I don't know who this chef is, but whoever you are you are Iron Chef worthy!!!!! Who would have ever thought of honey as an enhancement for teriyaki salmon? The salmon was cooked flakey and perfectly. The teriyaki sauce was sweet and savory, and then there was raw, local honey to add. Mind blown!!!!!! Accompanied by perfectly cooked asparagus and very creamy mashed potatoes. I didn't take a picture before I started eating and I'm so sorry. The service is fantastic! Tim was our server. He was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for the wine. Please come and enjoy! You won't be disappointed!

Finally tried Seven Sisters and had a great meal and attentive service. I had the scampi- yummy garlicky butter sauce, hubbie had a perfectly done rib-eye and was very pleased with it. Fried Brussels sprouts were very tasty. Overall ambience was good. One request to staff- get rid of the TERRIBLE jazzy lounge music.

Excellent food! Great cocktails! Wonderful service by Cass! My husband and I each ordered the cream of mushroom soup. It's very very rich and earthy, in a good way. I wasn't able to finish all of mine but it was quite good. We shared the braised beef ravioli in brown butter and whisky cream peppercorn sauce. Simply outstanding!! The ravioli has a beef filling but it also comes with tender beef steak tips on top. We Shared the bread pudding fritter with apple, vanilla bean ice cream, spiced pecans and caramel drizzle; wayyyy too delicious! We left 100% happy from start to finish. Beautifully appointed restaurant. I highly recommend dining here!
