Mcdonald's - Tulsa

Last month 3 visits Happy Meal ordered all 3 car-duration visits. 1st time no milk got, 2nd time no toy got, 3rd time no apples got. 2. Drinking for adults was wrong. This place is convenient for us, but we're done.

Ordered food. Order was wrong, and I corrected it to pay on the first window and the computer system at window 1 was down, so they asked if I could prefer and pay in the next window. On the window 2 and the system was also down there. They asked if I had no money. So I drove away after I was wasted in the line for 15min to get no food. I can't give 0 stars, but I gave it 1, so I could post it. I guess I'm giving a star because they said sad.

Most of the time when we visit the Trade Winds Hotel next door, our family will breakfast at Mcdonald's Good

Staff are slow, the worst service I've ever had at McDonald! A sandwich and I'm waiting 20 minutes now and I'm standing at the front counter that can see me waiting and the store wasn't busy at all! The boy at the front counter apologised for the shift managers and the crew, I told him politely that they're slow, as everyone gets out, wasn't his fault, he was front counter! Will not be visited soon! Oh,!!! and one more thing, why do you have the online ordering option if I have to wait for my meal when I'm there because you haven't even started my order? Unhappy!!!

Food was made great. But the charged us for sauce and lied to our faces the they included it.Food: 5/5
