Akira Sushi Ramen - Tulsa

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and it was prepared quickly!

I recently discovered a new restaurant that I absolutely love, especially if you enjoy ramen. It is located inside the Mother Road Market and the service was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered the miso ramen with chicken and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous amount of chicken they included in the bowl. The chicken tasted fresh and not like it had been frozen and reheated. The portion size was so large that you could easily share it with someone else. Additionally, I asked for it to be made spicy and it really satisfied my craving. If I could, I would give this place more stars. I rate it 8/10!

My family and I visited Mother Road Market and stumbled upon Akira. We decided to give it a try and I ordered the tonkotsu ramen with pork belly (medium spice) and salmon sashimi. The ramen was deliciously rich and flavorful, with more pork and vegetables than other ramen places. The salmon sashimi exceeded my expectations, with a creamy and fatty texture. I will definitely return when I can't decide on what to eat at the market.

Yummy Soup and plentiful size. Sushi prices are about average for good quality food. The fish is fresh and tasty

It 's been a battle being a sushi lover the past few years. On back to back occasions at two different restaurants (not Akira), I 've gotten food poisoning sick took a break from it. While working shifts at the LTO Market, I gave it go to check out Akira and the ending results were me not getting sick (thank goodness).I went with the Tempura Roll as I ordered it, I realized that any kind of tempura roll is usually my favorite go-to. Chef 's choice of fish with having pickled jalapeño avocado being deep fried then topped off eel spicy sauces. Lightly battered with a nice crunch along with getting plenty of sauce in every bite. Comes in a roll of 6.The Tempura Roll was a safe pick for me as I 'm rolling back into my sushi game. There were others like the Ram Roll Rock 'N Roll that I kept me going back forth before I actually made a decision. The person who took my order was nice, the wait on my order wasn 't long at all.
