Mama's Famous Pizza & Heros - Tucson

Zero customer service. They like wasting your time here. Ordered a pizza and sub over the phone. Took my money and refused to prepare the order. This place has gotten even more worse. Spoke with Brandy and Alan. No apology. They seem to enjoy wasting customers time. Bad experience again at Mamas pizza on 22nd. Food is poor and service is even worse. Don't come here, not recommended.

Had to go to the store to get the drinks. Lost our ticket. Still no food waited for 2 hrs nothing our friend got his sandwich cold should have been hot. Two people got there food that was there after we ordered. I would not recommend them at all.

Ordered a cheesecake for our daughter's birthday party last night. Was told it would be available at 5pm today. So we decided to have pizza as well for her party tonight. We called about 30 minutes ago and was told that they aren't take orders and that they won't have the cheesecake. This was once Tucson's premier pizza place. Now it's a joke. My family that has been ordering food from this location for years andwill never be back. Goodbye Mama's.

This place was great about a year ago. Now I ordered my pizza and waited almost 2 hours for 1 pepperoni pizza the lady said it would be about 30 minutes. Then I got charged to my bank account 3 times because there computer was acting weird. Then waited another 30 minutes to finally watch our pizza get made to wait even longer. I gave up and asked for a refund. We will just see how that goes on a different review. Come on guys organize yourselves.

Been waiting over an hour for a pizza we ordered way ahead of time. Got here to pay for it, expecting to pick it up and go, only to find out they haven't even made it yet. Still waiting as I write this. I've been to the Mama's location on Speedway and had a much better experience there. I'm glad this was not my first time at Mama's. I wouldn't be back.
