They're very slow at getting your food out in drive through. No one in lobby and only car in drive

What’s up with the hidden fees!? Be straight up and I’m sure people would react a whole lot better. Go old Jack and the Box days are done. That’s sad.

To be honest, I've never been inside this Jack in the box I'm exclusively a drive thru guy. But the service is always great, aligns are never long, and most importantly for me, they serve breakfast all day long! Cannot tell you how many times I have wound up here because breakfast was off the menu on all the other places by 10:30...

I walked in and waited for 6 minutes with no acknowledgment from the staff, I’m not sure what the issue is here but all I wanted to do was buy food. At one point even the cook came out from the back and mentioned they should help me and yet they still didn’t. Big bummer, for a jack in the box the restaurant itself seemed clean and well kept. Regardless I won’t be recommending or returning. I don’t quite understand why they didn’t say a word to me, there was no interaction or conversation whatsoever. Super disappointed.
