Dibella's Subs - Troy

I always have a great experience here. Chasity always suggests the best sandwiches . She has never steered me wrong it’s always delicious whenever I order for my family. I love the staffs energy and how professional they are. Dude up front is always friendly too. For sure makes for a great experience and with the sandwiches being delicious it’s a win win. Can’t go wrong at this location!

Not only are Dibella’s subs great, but staff like Miya make this location more than worth returning to. Miya is always pleasant to speak with regardless of how busy it is throughout the various rushes of the day. And she has a great memory, so she remembers my order even when I can’t (which is often). The environment is always clean and the catering orders are always top notch and accommodating.

First time we ordered from here and we will be ordering more even the granddaughters loved their meal!

Food is good. I don't normally eat sub but will get Dibella once a while. The wait time can be long compared to other chain sub, but worth waiting.

Customer service has definitely gone out of the window. I only wanted a small amount of food this particular day so I ordered a kids meal. I wanted it grilled like they do all the other sandwiches but was informed, we don 't grill kids sandwiches. They gave me so many dirty looks and made me wait extra long while they reluctantly grilled my sandwich. Little things go a long way. This store didn 't care to satisfy the customer.
