Peppes Pizza Sjoegata - Tromsoe

I was really excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed sullen, and my starter of wings seemed to be cooked from frozen as they were still cold in the middle. They replaced them with new wings, but then my pizza arrived only a minute later, clearly having been left under a lamp for too long as it was dry and cold. I decided not to ask for a replacement as I was already put off by the experience. The staff didn't seem to care much, and it felt like there was a lack of supervision on site. The servers were also miserable and avoided customers, forcing me to approach them on three separate occasions. Overall, it ruined what should have been a nice evening out.

Went for dinner with my daughter. We were seated fast, however it took 25 minutes to take our order and a further 25 minutes for 2 small pizzas. The pizzas are nice and small is bigger enough for 1 person Cost 550 NOK for two pizzas and 2 x refill drinks. Be careful as they say certain drinks are refillable but charge for them. 55 NOK for the first one 38 NOK for everyone after that, quite crafty.

The Pizza at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The base and toppings are perfect. I especially love the white Pizza, and I highly recommend trying the 4 Cheese Italian with a added touch of Salami.

The restaurant appeared inviting from outside so I decided to give it a try. I thought you can never go wrong with pizza, but my experience was disappointing. I had to seat myself and then search for staff to take my order. After waiting 45 minutes, I inquired about my food only to find out that the waitress had forgotten to submit my order. I requested a complimentary glass of prosecco, which was promptly delivered. The pizza and wedges eventually arrived and were both satisfactory. However, I was surprised to see a 25% service charge added to the bill. I ended up paying £42 for a small pizza, wedges, and two glasses of prosecco. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Large restaurant, lots of staff but poor motivation to get you to a table, or served. They saw us, but left us at the wait to be seated and at our table, to the point that we thought 'do you have to go up and order? ' It all took ages. Disappointed with pizzas and garlic bread (damp, and not very tasty, garlic bread with sliced tomato? and a bit wet. We weren 't sure if this was the what was normally accepted as standard for Tromso and how they like their pizzas. Wasn 't for us.
