The Ash is a great restaurant. The ambience is to feel comfortable. The food is delicious. A local one you always like to go.

The ambience is really nice. I felt it loud. We were 6 people and we had to talk loudly, so properly entertained was a bit difficult. The food was very good. It is certainly something for special occasions. The service staff was very busy and they also had a lot to do.we were there on Saturday and it was very full. I was asked by e-mail why we came and since it was a birthday, I would have liked a little goodie for my husband. In general, I can definitely recommend this location.

The food was tasty to me personally was a little bit too little sauce on the burger, so he was a bit dry but that's something to taste. The staff was very nice. The ambience is modern and industrial. Very nice. Unfortunately it was mega loud through the open space. We sat right on the kitchen. If you wanted to talk across the table, you had to scream. Next time, I'll ask for a table up or on the side. Overall it was a beautiful evening.

If you drop a birthday song you should ask how this person is called and not just swallow something. Sonnst was fine
