Extremely impolite and unprofessional reception at the shift-night yesterday.. that seriously need some review of how to treat and talk to customers The employer asked me to pay for my room before the check out (which was odd) and I asked her to pay once I do check out.. and she started to scream on me and chase me! I asked the employer for her name and her manager she refused to give me none of that Overall, very disappointed

The lady at the reception was not nice to us,she is very arrogant! Unfortunately

We used the restaurant for lunch and the service was good, the food was good and they have a nice option to taste 6 of their beers in a little beer platter, we even bought some bottles of beers for take away that were great. Definitely will come back for more .

Sehr schönes neues Hotel. Große Zimmer mit großer Dusche. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Das Bierbad ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Auch das hauseigene Bier ist wunderbar.

Das Hotel mit beiden Restaurants ist zu empfehlen. Wobei uns das Restaurant im Bereich der Terasse besser gefallen hat. Das Personal ist super freundlich und aufmerksam.
