I went to eat in this restaurant and found both room and really excellent cuisine. Congratulations to all the staff.

Family lunch Sunday. Fixed menu, all courses were appreciated, especially the first of fresh pasta. Excellent choice of wines. informal but fast service. Infinite panorama, really spectacular! We will be happy to return the Service: Dine in Type of Meal: Lunch Price per person: €30–40

Well what to say, of course if you have to share and celebrate an important moment with loved ones is absolutely the right place to do it!! They are able to ruin the enthusiasm and happiness of a special day both for their lack of professionalism of restaurateurs and for the service offered that nn respects remotely the agreements taken previously, in order to talk then of the somewhat embarrassing ways used towards the commensali!! The friendliness nn is just their strong as nn are their low flow of typical flavors, filled instead of salt and pepper to feel bad! The excellent Umbrian cuisine is certainly here. Needless to cradle on the location as beautiful as the rest obscures it. Very bad experience I strongly disagree. The new management was present at the moment!

Second time I have been here and could not review last time as the terrors of vino Rosso had impaired my judgement. Made the trek again with a good bunch of fellow imbibers and foodies which made the night a true value experience. From the aperol spritzers on entry with a taste of artichoke and wild asparagus to start the tastes it was all a part of the setting. It's an old slaughter house decked out as a part gallery part walkway of life. All set courses and all brilliant withe Tartufo pasta the best tasted in Umbria. We drank....danced....played music and had a rollicking time.......numero uno in this latest Italian journey. Going back again next year

As a tent opened the restaurant, fantastic view of meadows and pleasant Umbrian air. fixed gastronomic experience with the creativity of the owners. is a theatrical representation in which you participate in sound of ancient recipes well revisited. If you're not in a hurry, it's the show for you. We'll come back and bring friends who will appreciate it.
