Domino's Pizza - Traverse City

I ordered green olives... They were literally black because they were burnt. The pepperoni was burnt, the crust not much better.The whole thing tasted burnt. How do you burn a pizza? That's rhetorical...I remember when their crust used to be big... Soft and Chewy... This was a thin sloppy...smashed burnt crust....I have not had pizza from this dominos in 15 years, and that experience was good. I remember how good they were in the 1970's down state...when they first opened. This was a disappointment.

Order online and by the time I got there to pick it up it was ready. Also when ordering online you get discounts I got a large 4 topping pizza with bread stick bites and 2 dipping sauces for less then 20$ best pizza place in town in my opinion.

I've always had a good experience with this Domino's but especially tonight made me very thankful. I ordered $50 worth of food and when the food came it was entirely the wrong order. I felt really bad to call in and complain but thankfully they were dead-set on making it right and getting me my food. Luckily the delivery driver came right back and got me my correct order and was apologetic. I don't blame the driver or the store at all, I know how stressful and packed it was tonight! Thank you guys and to the driver for noticing!

Wouldn’t fix incorrect pizza. A worker named Chris told me to call corporate and hung the phone up on me. Will not be going to domino’s ever again No cheese was put on the pizza. I was a loyal customer for years then this happens and treated very poorly.

The pizza we ordered was not entirely what we ordered. Not only that but our pizza was served to us in a very sloppy manner. The appearance was as if they simply thrown the toppings on there without looking. Last but not least their kitchen was a mess! Never again Domino's Pizza
