Big Apple Bagels - Traverse City

It's the place we go if we are coming into town for breakfast their breakfast sandwiches are really good and fast! I recommend the start fresh that one is their best!

Staff is amazing and always accommodating! Brandy is an amazing person to work with professionally to keep our business stocked. I am NEVER disappointed in the quality of goods I receive from them.

The food is good but the staff is very rude. I’ve had several issues with the staff being rude to me but this time was beyond compare. I realized it was 2pm closing time so I grabbed by stuff and left in order not to be yelled at (again). Unfortunately I left my purse behind in my haste and turned around immediately to go back in and get it. I’m talking two minutes because I realized I didn’t have my car keys. But the door was locked and THEY WOULD NOT LET ME IN TO GET MY PURSE! I had to just bang on the door to get them to stop ignoring me and open it and then they told me I should have called! What? That was wrong on many levels but also my phone was in my purse. Which they wouldn’t let me get. The woman there proceeded to yell at me while I retrieved my purse. Made me regret the nice tip I had left. Will not be going back!

Took a trip to Treverse City and out of all the breakfast places we explored this one had the best customer service with amazing food!!! Highly recommend! Not to mention it was very clean and relaxing!! Thank you for a great breakfast and wonderful experience!

We like to stop there once a month when we are in Traverse. Last month we noticed a significant difference in the physical appearance inside and also in the attitudes of the employees. Everything was great! Then I asked if the place finally sold and was told YES, there is a new owner. So Nicely Done new owner! Today we visited again and it was just as great. and I have to say Great Job to Bayley! it seems he always is the one who helps us and he always is so kind.
