Mr. Mike's, I decided this evening to give your restaurant a try again... and once again I was super disappointed. Wednesday at 6:30ish PM, you should be having your dinner rush like most restaurants. I walk in, no one at the front. I look left then right, it isn't very busy. No more than 15 people. I see the ladies standing in back talking, we make eye contact.. they're busy.. so I patiently wait... and wait.. 13 minutes go by, my bladders about to pop, so I walk to the washroom... walking by the girls, smiling.. they're still talking about whatever.. finish in the bathroom walk back to the front... still no one there, I wait... and wait.. finally having a seat. They're busy they know I'm here.. at least I think...I don't know why I didn't walk to McDonald's.. almost 30 Minutes of waiting... Finally I get seated... at a Booth.. furthest from the entrance, but not before walking past 2 dirty tables.. just to be sat at another dirty table. I get drink, I look at the menu, I order a appy. Came out looking delicious, it was put on the table and the waitress said enjoy walking away...I didn't have any utensils, no napkins.. just me my drink and my appy. Again I did that thinking thing... figured she'd be right back with some chop sticks at least... I was so Hungry a tooth pick would have worked..nope.. I got nothing... she was gone, I finished my drink and waited.. She brings me my dinner, and asks if I needed anything else.. I look at the table.. and ask for a fork.. she apologizes and brings me a fork lol but yet no napkin? Haha Let's talk about her body odour... and I know I'm not the only one who noticed.. I'm not sure if she's new or what the deal was.. but if she's new.. your management really dropped the ball on training. Food wasn't horrible, steak tasted a bit funny, but I haven't had a steak in a while.. so maybe it me.

We had their seafood fettuccini and Cajun chicken pomodora. The seafood pasta had scallops and shrimp, with a pesto aioli and was so yummy. The chicken pasta was good too but the chicken itself didn't taste like Cajun. Portions were huge ! The staff were very friendly and it's a nice restaurant. Would reccommend this if you're passing through Hinton!

Mr. Mike's is obviously a chain restaurant but as such it delivers consistently. Recognizing that Hinton does not have the most populous array of restaurants, and that the nearest town with good restaurants is in Jasper (which is nearly an hour away), Mr. Mike's sufficiently provides for the tourist hiker. The service was fast and the restaurant was full. We ordered the burger and bruschetta option. The bruschetta was a great teaser, and the burger did not disappoint. The burgers, however, are all cooked well done which was a little bit limiting. We also ordered the steak, which was seasoned well. All in all, Mr. Mike's is a safe option.

Waited for hours after work order was messed up drove from Edson to sit there and starve... I called the number you gave nothing was done thanks I guess

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and my husband a chicken salad. My hamburger was overcooked, cheddar cheese was a sauce and I am sure the patty had been previously frozen....somehow I expect better from a steakhouse. French fries came with order and were not at all tasty. My husband's chicken was VERY spicy, the salad greens and crudites were good. Service was not good. Waitress gave me a dirty wine glass. When I returned it she did not make any effort to quickly replace the glass. She finally got around to it on her next trip out to the patio. She did not check back to see how the meal was until we were done.....no comment on half eaten burger. I am sure one can find bet food and service elsewhere in Hinton!
